Amber Trueblood, LMFT

I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, entrepreneur, speaker, author, wife and mother to four sons. As a featured expert on CBS Morning News, KTLA News, E! Daily Pop, Oprah Magazine, Good Houskeeping, Parents, Simplemost, Yahoo Lifestyle and Fatherly, I’m intent on serving overwhelmed moms.

I help women learn how to shift their mindset, improve their communication skills and implement simple practices in their daily lives so they can become the absolute best version of themselves.

Stretch Marks

Stretch Marks is a part memoir, part self-help, part parenting book. It will make you laugh, choke up with tears and nod your head throughout.

Amber shares her stories of frustration, fear and feeling isolation – then offers up the tools and insights that allowed her to shift from exhausted and resentful to excited and confident again.

My Family

My husband Jaimie and I have four sons who keep us on our toes. They’re all louder than us, smarter than us and much more musically talented.

Luckily for me, they love reading. Unluckily for me, they love bugs and skateboarding. Watching them skate gives me anxiety and turns my hair grayer with every trick and jump.
