Module Breakdown:

This is the first step to growth and change. Allow yourself to move forward in a way that feels most right for you. Starting with self-kindness, you’ll learn how to clarify what is most important to you and your family. Then you’ll learn how to purposefully shift your focus to pave the way for genuine expressions of gratitude with your partner and your children.

Understanding how and why humans tend to focus on the negative is the first step in purposefully shifting your focus. This shift will allow you to more clearly identify your own priorities and create a social and emotional support system that you can truly depend on during challenging times.

People often continue doing and saying the same things, even when they aren’t working. This module will help you give yourself permission to change what is not working for you, (or is not working for your children). You’ll also learn about creating a healthy life-support system for your children and using small, specific compliments to improve family cohesion.

In this module, you will learn how to stop negative thought spirals with simple exercises you can do anywhere, anytime. You will understand how to implement self-care practices that work best for you and how to use creative outlets as a way to connect with loved ones.

In this module, you’ll create expectations for yourself and your children aligned with your true priorities and values. When your time, energy and resources align with your priorities… frustration and overwhelm is replaced by joy and excitement.

In this module, you will learn about your perspective and how shifting it can create mental space, reduce anxiety and minimize feelings of hopelessness. You will utilize the Eisenhower Matrix to lessen your workload and to-do list. Through a short but intimate guided meditation, you will increase your capacity for self-love and self-kindness.
