The Benefit:

I absolutely LOVE using a visualization practice… it’s FREE, it’s SIMPLE, and you can do it almost anywhere and anytime. The more often you do it, the easier it becomes and the more likely you are to make your vision a reality.

The How:

Find a practice (the GOODIE method is mine) and find a quiet time once a day to sit and mentally walk yourself through your visualization practice. It’s an art that you can improve on the more you practice it. When you use it consistently, without “changing your order to the universe” as Emily Fletcher says, you will not regret it!
