Take A Sip!

The Benefit:

Drinking more water will improve your mood, help your mental clarity, allow you to concentrate better, improve your memory, and help you sleep better!

The How:

Set yourself up to drink more water easily throughout the day. This might mean chugging a glass as soon as you wake up! (I keep a bottle of water right next to my bed.) Put a jug of water with some lemon in the fridge and sip on it all day. Or, put a Post-It on the wall and write a heart or a smiley-face for every glass you drink that day! Take a sip. (Like, seriously right now ;)
