Go Easy On The Eyes

The Benefit:

We are bombarded with input ALL DAY LONG! Reducing negative visual input allows your nervous system to decompress and your body to relax. You may even find you’re sleeping better, your stomach is less upset, and you’re more patient with those you love.

The How:

First, STOP watching or reading disturbing news reports or upsetting social media content when you are not emotionally stable enough to handle it. Second, replace that negative stimuli with positive stimuli like nature, people you love, and funny, uplifting content. Bonus if you watch something that makes you belly-laugh – you’ll get a chemical reset that will leave you feeling SO much better.
