The Benefit:

Balance your mood, reset your nervous system, and clear the cobwebs from your mind by grounding yourself in nature.

The How:

Feel the sunshine on your skin (even if it’s cold out, your body needs sunlight), put your feet on the ground, or sit in a nice hot bath with some Epsom salts. Anything you can do to increase your interactions with nature and with water will ground you physiologically and psychologically. It’s quite powerful, costs nothing, and takes very little time. You’re grounded!
