Some of us are most highly motivated when we set a Big Audacious Goal (B.A.G.)! Ask yourself, are you more likely to actually START, CONTINUE, and COMPLETE something when there’s a BIG goal at the end?

The How:

If this has worked for you in the past, then set a B.A.G. for yourself right now. Write it on a big piece of printer paper as if you’ve already completed it – “YAY! I did it! I successfully completed XYZ!” Tell a few encouraging and trusting friends that you’ve set this B.A.G. for yourself. You can do it!
