Accountability Partners!

The Benefit:

Finding the helpful hack that makes it EASIER and SIMPLER (and more FUN) to follow through on your wants and needs – is truly powerful. Knowing YOURSELF is an important part of this process. Many of us are MORE likely to accomplish a goal if we have an accountability partner.

The How:

Reach out to someone who supports you in this goal OR even who needs an accountability partner as well – either for a similar goal or something totally different. Finding a dependable friend who can help keep you both encouraged and accountable, can often be the difference between dropping the ball or accomplishing EXACTLY what you want! Specifically, ask for what you need and offer to be your friend’s accountability partner for anything they want to accomplish. Set a weekly time to check-in and the platform you’ll use – a phone chat? an email report? a text? Use whatever is MOST likely to be successful for you.
