Addie has a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts in environmental policy and launched a green consulting business in 2008. A big part of her consulting business involved educating individuals and businesses on the importance of making eco-conscious consumer and lifestyle decisions to avoid or minimize risk to many toxic chemicals threatening human and planetary health. In 2011 she became a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Addie has supported numerous clients to better health by tuning into their individual body types and goals and by offering guidance that is practical and easily achievable (no fad diets! no calorie counting!)
