Maruxa Murphy is a 40-year old mom of 3 girls and 2 dogs and married to a great guy named Dennis, who like her is also a serial entrepreneur.
In addition to homeschooling her daughters, Maruxa is a passionate entrepreneur who’s built 3 companies online and created millions of dollars through business models that grow and engage communities around their brands.
She’s become known as the Culture Architect who has helped brands to grow powerful and profitable engaged online communities that make a massive impact beyond just being online forums.
She’s grown the Award Winning Austin Moms’ Network from Zero to 17,000 (and counting) local moms as well as being behind the scenes of numerous companies helping them grow passionate brand loyalists alongside their big visions. This led her company and the Austin Moms’ Network to being the first ever in-person “block party” Facebook has ever hosted! She’s also helped several Start-Ups to build passionate and profitable communities, such as helping grow Capitalism.com from a simple idea to a $6.5 Million company in 2 years, bolstered in large part by its private community that she developed.
Her most recent venture is being the Founder of Perky Perky Coffee, a personal transformation brand that sells delicious, ethically-sourced and organically-processed coffee which was recently featured for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day at the United Nations as 1 of 10 women-owned brands to watch out for in 2020! Her aim is to invite her coffee customers to step into their power from the first sip and onwards throughout their day. The Perky Perky team creates this experience through engaging their community online through a variety of social channels.
