On April 10, 2016 I was alone in my car, driving home. I had to pull over and get out. I sat near a big birch tree and cried. 

I felt guilty and embarrassed feeling so sad. I had so much to be grateful for… a healthy happy family. 

But, I felt like I was missing something. I had SO much I wanted to DO, to BECOME. But, I also felt exhausted, drained, and a bit lost.

 I didn’t know what to do.

The next day I saw a life coach and when she asked me, “Amber, what do you want?” 

My answer: “Peace.” 

I wanted peace and so much more. 
That moment marked the beginning of my journey to emotional wellness, joy, happiness, peace… to becoming MYSELF again.
